LA SORTIE SUR SANDINIERY

ans le cadre de ses activités, la CLE a organisé une sortie pédagogique, dont nous avions l’intendance, le dimanche 27 avril 2003 à Sandinièry.

C’est ainsi que, dés notre arrivée au bac, nous avons répertorié tout le matériel sous forme de listing. Dans ce travail, nous y avons responsabilisé quelques auditeurs « koromaks » (les aînés dans notre jargon) afin de les initier à toutes fins utiles.

Après la traversée du fleuve (le Sougrougrou) avec le bac, le matériel dans son ensemble a été débarqué et transporté par les enfants eux-mêmes avec gratitude, dans un esprit de solidarité. Une fois sur le site d’accueil, une salle de classe nous a été attribuée pour faire office de magasin. C’est à partir de ce moment que l’équipe des cuisinières, mise en place bien avant le jour de la sortie a mis son dispositif en branle pour éviter un repas tardif. Tout ce dont elle avait besoin était sur place, allant de l’eau potable au bois de chauffe, en passant par le petit matériel complémentaire avec le concours de la maîtresse d’école.

Le déjeuner fut servi vers 13 h 30 avec des plats pour 08 personnes, pour un effectif global de près de 60 personnes. Le Directeur d’école et ses agents ont reçu un plat ; il en est de même pour des ouvriers qui travaillaient à côté et une femme qui nous puisait de l’eau. Il y’eut même un plat pour le goûter des enfants.

Sans tarder, l’équipe de cuisine a lavé tout le matériel pendant que le grand groupe se retirait sous les manguiers d’un verger, sur avis du propriétaire, pour y tenir un « tea-party ». ce fut également le lieu du dessert avec du jus de « bouye » bien frais dans des sachets en plastique rassemblés un peu plus tard dans une caisse après usage. A chaque fois qu’il fallait déplacer du matériel, ce sont les enfants qui s’y adonnaient à cœur joie. Et quand il a fallu décamper, tout le monde s’est aussi mis au travail ; qui pour ranger, qui pour nettoyer, mais également pour retourner le matériel au bac pour embarquer. Là encore, avec les auditeurs responsabilisés, le matériel a été vérifié avec succès et remis à leur propriétaire.
